Hey guyz, after the xnet downtime yesterday i couldn't access the internet or make anycalls (xnet fusion)
so i thought i would log into my modem (AG310) to see if i could fix it, when trying to login to the modem
the defult password was wrong which is wierd because i never changed it, so i factory reset my modem and
reconfigured my device now i can access the internet but when i try to access my provisioning tab,
setup > voice > Admin Login , the device asks me for another password which is diffrent to the defult:
A username and password are being requested by http://192.168.1.1. The site says: "spa admin"
Anyone have any idea what wrong or what the password is?
I thoroughly appreciate any help :) as xnet helpdesk hav no idea

Does your phone actually work?

You shouldn't be able to access the voice section of the router once it's configured with VFX - this is to stop people changing settings which could cause issues with their VFX service.

If the phone is working then there is nothing to worry about.

No. The only time you are able to access the voice provisioning section is after a factory reset. Once you enter the provisioning URL into the device it downloads a new config from VFX that sets up your voice settings and then password protects this.
