I just want to get a general idea for Xnet's off peak speed for torrent plan users. If you can share your location, plan, data usage and average speed then I will be much appreciated.

My own speed info:

Plan: Torrent.
Location: Mt Roskill Exchanges, Auckland.
Total off peak downloads for January 09: ~16G (for 6 hours per day, 31 days).
Average download per 6 hours period: ~520MB.
Average download speed: ~23KB/s

I had contact the Xnet's customer support & they say there is nothing they can do to improve my speed so I'm just wondering - is it just me getting this speed or it is consider "normal" after they put limits on the Torrent plan?
Thanks.

You don't need a survey to get your answer, just read the threads.

Xnet do not have the required bandwidth to support reasonable speeds for customers using the torrent plan at night. It's been like this for months so don't expect any survey or complaints is going to change anything.

My one may be better than yours,Total download for December around 68GB and for January is about 50GB

The average speed for my torrent download from 2am to 8am between 120KB to 220KB but I still think it is slow.Im in Auckland as well, about 3km away to the local exchange.
