Hi all,
Does anyone know of any way I can locate the physical location of my telecommunications exchange?
Reason for asking is that I’m living in the Glenfield area (Totaravale to be more precise) and my ISP line speed is averaging +- 2.8Mbps. I assume that my most of us on the North Shore all already running on ADSL2+ infrastructure and thus I assume the only reason for my piss poor line speed is due to the copper cable length between my house and the exchange. Do you agree?
BTW: I’m on the XNET Fusion plan using the recommended Linksys WAG54GP2 router

Upstream Line Attenuation: 31
Thanks,
Breyten
