Hi.
I have subscribed for Sky Mobile TV to watch the MTV Video Music Awards.
I was disappointed to find out that the shows weren't live.
Anyway, I have subscribed, then I had to subscribe again to watch E!.
I did, spending $5 of my credit by subscribing twice, and they asked me to subscribe again a few minutes later.
I got frustrated and I came here for help.
I would like to know WHY this has happened and see if it is my phone's problem[LG Arena], and I would like to know if I can get a refund from Vodafone. I would also like to know how to stop this from happening.
Thank you.

We had a similar experience last night on a prepay connection - subscribed to Mobile TV to watch the cricket at approx 0140hr - essentially thought I'd watch it on the phone so that my wife wasn't kept awake with the TV being on.

Anyway paid the $2.50 and then the $3 for the game. When the signal dropped out tried to reenter the cricket feed and was charged the $2.50 a second time. The feed stopped again so before being charged a third time checked the 'My Subscriptions' link and found that while there was a 'PayTv -Cricket' subscription exp 01/10/10 showing there was no record of a SkyMobileTV subscription which of course should have been present and which should not have expired until next Tues/Wednesday midnight.  It appears that the system isn't seeing the previous SkyTV subscription correctly - ? the cricket subscription replaces it - I don't know but anyway I was able to ring CS this morning and they did reverse the charges.

It would be nice to know that this problem has been fixed if there is a system issue as it makes me less than keen to watch the next game in this way.
