Hi - I've been speaking to the support folk at WorldxChange and it seems their hands are tied a little when it comes to sorting out our ADSL line. They're saying that they are waiting on 'provisioning' at Telecom.

It's been days since they said my service would be up and running and I've let some of my clients down as a result. I just want to get on to these mythical provisioning beings myself and get them to press their magic buttons so that I can get on teh interwebs.

Anyone know how to contact these people directly?

Cheers
Gavin

the provisioning people will be at Telecom Wholesale, but from their point of view XNet is their customer (not you), so I expect they will simply refer you back to XNet.  probably not the answer you were looking for tho :)

The provisoning team are usually pretty reasonable on repsonses etc... never had to wait more than 2 days when ISP's Ive been with had to contact them :-/
Go back to Xnet and get them to ask Telecom for an update....... a simple "your exchange is full" would be something of an update than "waiting"........

Thanks Gents. Xnet seem to be able to do very little in the way of anything.

The system is inherently flawed and needs looking at I reckon.

I hate it when companies pass the buck though - rather them just admit and give a time when it'll be working .... perfect world :)

Yeh, thanks Andrei - you're a credit to the support team there at WorldxChange. Some of them need a beer, or a shag or something to cheer them up! :)
