Im on an iPhone 60 plan and received a text saying:

Your daily data usage has passed 10MB. This is alert is a guide for casual data users.

Is this just a mistake on vodafones part? texting 777 says I have 3GB left of data. But it hasn't been 2 hours since I got that text so it may not have updated and hopefully I won't be charged a dollar a mb or whatever that casual data people have

Apparently that message comes through with data plans anyway.

As long as you're sure you're on a data plan - you're fine. It's just an odd thing from Vodafone - that's all.

Vodafone don't currently have any other notifications for data users. No matter what data plan you're on you will always get this message if you use over 8MB of data in a day.

Just a update on the $1 a day casual data alerts for customers that have data plans

Vodafone NZ have now deplyed a change into the live network customers that have data plans will no longer get the daily alerts when they reach %80 and %100 of the 10meg

Thanks John

Do they receive alerts when they reach 80% and 100% of their included data?
