I have a xnet fusion connection connected to a Dynalink RTA1320 which is in turn connected to a Linksys SPA2102 which is then plugged into a wireless switch.

Fusion -> RTA1320 -> SPA2102 > Switch

I can't get the Dynalink and Linksys to play together nicely. I have read a number of posts on here about these to pieces of hardware but some people say to put the dynalink in bridge mode and let the linksys handle NAT and DHCP, others say let the dynalink to everything and bridge the linksys.

After spending over 6 hours tonight trying to set everything up I'm giving up on me being able to figure it out myself. Any sample configurations, or step by step instructions would be fantastic!

I have a Dlink G604T + Linksys SPA2102 (i know not the same match - but thought i'd share my configuration)

i have the DLINK manage the ADSL connected to Fusion - with the SPA2102 plugged into an ethernet port on there set with a Static IP - and have setup VoIP port forwarding to it.
The SPA2102 basically then just acts like a PC on the network - of course you can't get to the web admin pages without manually going ethernet to my PC using the other LAN port on it.

Been using it like that for almost 2 years now, and still doing well.

One thing to be aware of is that the SPA2102 has terrible routing performance and is limited to about 7Mbps. If your cabinetised oer close to an exchange you're probably getting speeds a lot faster speeds than this so I'd recommend using something else as the router.

Can you expand a little bit more on what's actually happening?

Is it not keeping a registration? Or having issues with call quality/making calls?

Check you have the latest official firmware on the modem. Reset to defaults, enter ADSL account details, and it should just work. If it does not then one of them are faulty, probably the modem as that model does not last long. If that does not give a stable connection then there is no point in running half bridge mode or trying any other settings.
