Has anyone else's usage meter not updated over the past day or so? I've d/load nearly 4 GB worth of data and there's been no change so not sure how close I'm getting to my cap.

If it's not updating is there any chance I'm getting this usage for free? Or is it likely to be billed even if it's not being recorded on the meter?
