Can anyone here help me with this.

My Nokia E52 used to show 3.5G on the top left when it was idle for the whole time i've had it. (about a year)

Sometime in the last 2 weeks, it now idles at 3G and switches to 3.5G when i activate a data connection.


Just been nosey here.  Does anyone know why the change was made?

Apart from the idling, the phone still works as normal as a phone and modem
