Do I need to ring up telstra to get my PIK? I want to be able to log into the usagemeter and account info.

yes. you'll have to call up TCL to get your online account set up.

Internet is my backyard...

is that the password they ask you to give them over the phone at plan set up/upgrade? it's not working for me.

Well the password my dad first created only works for the webmail. Anything else needs the PIK.
