I've recently got a voip connection with WorldxChange
When I first signed up with them I was given a temporary number. Once I'd configure everything properly it all worked fine. I could ring out and receive calls. Brilliant

Now that I've had my ex telecom number ported I can ring out and the reception is great.
But I cannot receive calls. The caller is prompted (after some rings) to leave a message.
I receive an email notification of this call. But the ATA doesn't register a 'last caller number' in the configuration info.
So I guess the problem must be the ATA not Xnet. Ive rung them about 4 times and they're very nice but cant throw any light on the problem.
I have included the xNet config URL in the configuration, taken it out, and the result is the same.
Prefect for outgoing calls. Useless for incoming calls.
btw. If I pick the handset up when a call is being made I just get an ordinary off hook tone

I'd be every so pleased if you could suggest what is happening or give me any tips or clues  on how I could make the damn thing work.

Thanking you kindly

You are setup as a Open VFX device, The calls are actually getting to you and your device responds as you will see here, this is your device responding so should really be ringing the phone, so really has to be a config issue or a faulty device , odds on though it's probably config but pretty unusual symptons since your returning a 180 and can not pick the call up.

I do see you have STUN set but you dont have a valid stun server as I see this in your registrations

Warning: 399 spa "STUN Server Not Reachable", probably not related but best to fix that

I could suggest changing this to our config and let us provison the device as you have a certified device

What was the router/firewall you were using btw, want to add that to my list of crappy routers with crappy SIP ALG's.

There seems to be a thread here almost once a week along the lines of

"I have OpenVFX, and I can call out, but no calls come in"

I think without exception, it is an issue with SIP getting through NAT on whatever router is being used. Perhaps this (or a similar thread) should be made a sticky?
