Have you called Vodafone to see if there's any problems on their network yet?

Welcome to Geekzone, please do not write in CAPS... its akin to shouting and very annoying to read. If you want to emphasize a point, use bold or underline. Also be sure to check out our forum usage guidelines.

Your problem could just be caused by a temporary network problem.

Nokia 6230 - No problems

What is the error message? "Oops, your number was not regonized" or "Access Denied" or does it just loop back to the main page?

Partly registered is where you have been sent a temporary password while registering on the Vodafone website, but havent entered that password and changed it to your own.

vodafone live has had alot of problems lately for myself when trying to login.

has anyone noticed the new feature in vodafone live where you can try a ringtone before you buy it? this has got to be the best feature vodafone has on vodafone live. being able to preview a ringtone before i buy it. the only real disappointment is, if you choose a ringtone to buy from vodafone live the \'try before you buy\' link is there, but when you click on it, it says the \'service is not available, try again later\'. this frustrating problem has been happening for a whole week now and myself and alot of my mates want to use this feature. does the \'try before you buy\' work for you?does vodafone know about this problem, because i\'m sure they test a new feature when they put in on vodafone live don\'t they?

I think by memory that link is not new its been there for years but I think it only works on some mobile devices like Sharp handsets etc.

I dont have a sharp but as you say its not working then there is a fault - call 777 or 0800 800021 and report the issue.

Reading previous posts these are generally links to third party content providers so sounds if the link or content is broken.

I use google for free ringtones and games - no cost and a lot have if you look have a download page through access by WAP.

I've been having a few problems with VF live on my Nokia 6234. - Pages - more so the vf images - take AGES to load - literally 6~7minutes.

As such, getting anything off Vflive is a pain.

Funny you should say that as my freind brought one last week and she was saying that on some pages there where red x's where some of the pictures should be and was slow to load.  She called vodafone and asked what was going on and after a few calls was advised yeap they know about that and on the last conversation yesterday was told that the red x's has been fixed and they are awar e of the pages may take up a certain amount of time to load and just wait and the page does come up.  I tried her phone by my v800 and its like a hare and a tortise the v800 is pretty snappy where the Nokia takes a little while.

Oh and forgot to mention that Vodafone told her to clean the browser cach out on the phone as it would have stored the old pages and after that the phone was quicker to load pages.

In saying that I had a play with the Nokia and its not a bad phone - still prefer the 6680 thoe and the newer n series.

No it\'s not a sharp phone. and the \'try before you buy\' link has suddently disappeared now. maybe vodafone read this post and took it away and it going to bring it back when they fixed it. I hope they bring it back soon and have it working because that would be a great feature. they\'d sell alot more ringtones if they had the feature because people will be able to check before they buy which currently you can\'t do.

Yes! The problem with the red X's is exactly what I had - well, they we're black X's, but I guess the point is the same.
Trying it just now, I still get the X's, but the pages load a lot faster.
