Hi,
Does anyone know if any mobile provider in NZ has either a texting plan which includes MMS, or uses your data when sending MMS and not give you an additional charge.
Thanks, Dylan.

MMS is such a hassle that I would suggest looking at other options such as WhatsApp etc which tend to be more reliable as an additional benefit. The only time I use MMS is when I send one by accident and notice my credit drops by 50cents or whatever the cost of it is!

This is where I wish people would just use Signal...

Thanks but I need a way to send media to phones which do not have a data plan.
If there's no providers in NZ is there any in aussie?

Any reason you would recommend signal over the more popular whatsapp?
Because I don't trust Facebook...

MMS and mobile data are two very different things, and MMS does not require a mobile data plan to work.
As for included message in any plans I'm not aware of any networks in NZ that do. 10 years ago when people cared about MMS there were quite a few offerings that included small numbers of MMS messages.
It's probably been 9 years since I last received a MMS message..

I know its an outdated service but it's still the only way to send media to phones without costing the receiver anything...

Any system without true end to end encryption shouldn´t be trusted.

Pretty much all of them.
I use Amaysim, Mrs uses Virgin.
I'd love to know if there were any mobile providers in the entire world that still have a texting plan which includes MMS. I did some research and found that pretty much every single provider in NZ charges $0.50 or $0.51 for each MMS.
