Hi guys,

Is it possible to use my iPhone for my Slingshot iTalk calls?
I had a VoIP router that had a portable phone connected to it, but the router died. Instead of replacing it with another one I thought I would try using my iPhone to make/receive these calls since it's cheap.
Someone said I need to sign up with 2 talk, so I did downloaded the app. But then I have no idea what I'm doing.
Is this the best option?
I would get rid of the iTalk all together but we use it for other locals to call us.

I'm not sure what else to include...

Pretty sure iTalk is just a SIP line, so any SIP client should work. Bria is probably your best bet, and tho not free - is pretty cheap

I've been using Adore phone. You will need to decipher your italk details to know:

1: Sip server details
2: iTalk user name
3: password

Read this link it might help you work through some of the details you need.

The 2Talk app is only for use with 2Talk lines.

Bria is what you want.

Thank you guys,
I think I'll just forward the calls to my mobile and faze it out then disconnect iTalk.

I wouldnt even foward them. Just put an outgoing message on the voicemail with your mobile number and say that messages are cleared daily, and rely on the voicemail to email service to check them each night.
