Is it possible to set up two providers on one SIP phone?
I want to set up 2 numbers I have with WXC, and one number with 2talk.
I'm aware that I need to change WXC to be OpenVFX
The phone is Cisco SPA504G (4 line phone)
Anyone done this?

You can have up to 4 different SIP providers on a SPA504G
Yes, thanks - I knew that
Just looking for some 1st time guidance on how to configure each provider.
You simply need to configure each one of their own line. There are 4 lines on the phone with the BLF buttons normally all mapped to line 1 if that's the only line confiured.
The providers will have guides on setting up your devices, you just need to find such a guide or one that's close enough to your model eg:http://www.2talk.co.nz/supportview.html?doc=ciscospa122installguide or http://www.2talk.co.nz/supportview.html?doc=cisco79xxphones
I'd apply the settings in that link to both phone lines, then modify the second line to the account details for WXC. The latter doesn't seem to provide SIP setup details, only provisioning. You might have luck by configuring the device by using WXC's provisioning, disabling that once the settings have applied then modifying the 2nd line settings to use your 2talk credentials.
