Hi everyone.

I have a small business, we using 2 degrees in CHCH with a fibre connection and a Fritz!box router. I currently have 2 Fritz!boxs with a handset attached to each that can take and receive calls, one is set up as a Mesh repeater.

I'd like to setup a PBX running a Raspberry Pi on site. I currently have a RPI running 24/7 onsite anyway and have a working install of FreePbx on a RPI currently that I can phone between soft phone extensions.

The main reason I'd like to implement this is to have an auto assistant answer calls and direct them to the appropriate extension or perhaps a voicemail box.

Does anyone have any experience setting up FreePbx to use a 2degrees home phone plus account, and then using the Fritz!boxes as extensions of the PBX?

It's possible that this isn't the optimal solution and I'd be interested to hear any suggestions for alternatives.

Thanks.

Interested in a similar solution.

Somebody is bound to mention 2Talk who also have a auto-attend / IVR functionality.

Yes I have looked a 2talk, maybe that is the best method going forward.
