Hey all

I have a 2talk fax number that forwards to email.  This has been non-operational now for more than a month, and numerous attempts to contact them have failed.  The 028 number is not answered, and they do not respond to email...

Does anyone know of another way to contact them?

The 2talk service (and iTalk before it) is notorious for poor service.

If you want a provider who will take good care of you, move your account to WxC's VFX service: http://www.xnet.co.nz/vfx/

I have used this service for the past 3+ years, and found it great. Before that, I used iTalk, and would never recommend it to anybody. I also tried 2talk at one stage, and had a similar experience there.

If I did that, would I be able to keep my number? That is really the only thing keeping me there. On the other hand the number is useless as it is anyways.

If it is a regional number (Not an 028 number), you can port your number to another provider
