HELP ME!!!

I have installed Windows 7 Home on my imac through Bootcamp. Everything works fine (i suprised myself) except for there is a problem with the screen resolution. There is no option for 2560 x 1440. Everything appears a bit squashed.

Is there something I have not done that I was suppose to. I have gone to 'update driver' and it tells me all drivers are current.

Tried calling Microsoft but they couldnt help me as they dont provide support for Windows on Mac :(

Sounds like a driver issue to me... Best update with the latest from AMD/Nvidia site depending on the GFX card you have installed.

Of you right click desktop, go to Screen Resolution, then click the advanced settings... link, on the Monitor Tab, can you untick the box that says Hide Modes this Monitor cannot display?

Still no luck. This is the graphics spec for my mac.

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 675MX 1GB GDDR5

Tried the Monitor properties and the 'hide modes that this monitor cannot display' is already unchecked

Do you have OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard or later, and the Boot Camp 3.1 Update installed?

The OPs Mac is 2012/13 so will be running 10.8 out of the box,

To the OP try this driver, http://www.geforce.com/drivers/results/57100

according to this this thread it seems the auto detection for the most up to date video driver for Nvidea is on the fritz
