Hello all,
I bought a Lenovo B50 all-in-one desktop today and was in the process of setting everything up. It was downloading Windows 10 in the background so hadn't done the install, and it restarted after downloading iTunes.
On startup it started installing Windows updates, got to 59%, couldn't install and started undoing updates. It then got stuck in a reboot loop which I'm assuming is the publicised update error and I now can't get it out of the loop. The problem I have is all of the fixes I can find rely on having access to the desktop, however startup after hard boot only shows the Lenovo logo then goes straight to install again. There's no other accessible menu item, it didn't come with discs and hitting F8 or shift+F8 isn't doing anything.
Does anyone have any other clues to get out of the loop and boot it in safe mode? (I was still on Vista so I'm unfamiliar with later OS). Apologies if you've answered this already - I had a look but the Qs I found didn't relate to this.
Thank you so much in advance!
