I bought a new laptop today loaded with Vista Home Premium. Now, it's not bad, but everytime I delete a file in "Windows Explorer", or whatever the equivalent is now, I have to confirm, and then confirm again. Is this because of User Account Control, and will it really cause me grief if I turn it off? If it's not that, then what can I do to get it to let me just delete stuff without jumping through hoops?
