Hi guys, I'm in need of some urgent help.

I have a logitech bluetooth mouse and keyboard (wireless) and they have both stopped working. I received an error earlier about a connection refused or an expired subscription and it hasn't worked since. I'm sorry that's vague; perhaps someone knows what I am talking about. I know that the batteries are not dead. The mouse worked on the windows welcome screen as it booted but then it stopped working. I tried reconnecting everything and the most I am getting is the blue light on the keyboard and mouse to flash intermittently but it will not work. My computer ... a dell ... doesn't have a port in the back to plug in my backup mouse and keyboard so I don't really know what to do. Please help? Thank you greatly. <3

Please ask me questions and I'll try to answer them if you need more info.

Are these Bluetooth devices? And if so are you using a third party Bluetooth software? Some old, cracked Widcomm software had expiry dates...

Yeah it's blue tooth. we got the computer just last year as a christmas gift to ourselves since we're all pc gamers here. The mouse and keyboard came with the computer. How do I fix this? Sorry I don't know if it's 3rd party or not, is there any signs or ways to check? I'm sorry I don't know very much about software...

I also have an error on start up that says "wlancfg5.exe - Entry point not found" and something about a Dynamic Link Library. It's been there for a while, but never affected much of the way things were working.
