This is a zip file with some simple fixes I made which should enable your regedit, command prompt and task manager if you have them disabled for whatever reason.

just unzip, and run the launcher.bat

no virus. I made it myself.

This will work in windows xp, idk about vista/win 7 cos i hav winxp atm.
