recently purchased this computer : http://www.pbtech.co.nz/index.php?item=WKSPB1269A
and was set up by a computer technician

installed steam and played Counter-Strike Source. would be fine for a couple of minutes then the system would crash with fuzzy lines then go to the bios blue screen and restart. have now uninstalled but happens with any game now at any given time. please help

I would format the drive, reload everything, if it still played up try a different video card driver. If still playing up I would be contacting the shop you bought it from if its still under warranty.

It could be old video card driver - try updating that.

If it doesn't work, run a memory test to make sure the RAM is ok. If nothing found then contact the shop, it should be under warranty.

It could be power supply, CPU overheating, faulty video card, bad memory. It doesn't matter, if you update the driver and still shows the symptoms, pass it back to the shop.

bsod is typically a hardware error.
just return it, i remember on my pc from playtech i spent a few days trying to find out the cause of my bsod.
"blue screen of death"
then i sent it back, turns out a ram kit was damaged during post.
they did all the stress tests and now its a fine working computer.

i advise you to return yours :D
