Hi,
I am running Linux Mint 18.3 which I am wanting to utilize as a router using this tutorial here.
I have my cable running from the fibre box to the computer but have no internet connectivity. I am not using the router supplied by Spark as using a router to make a router defeats the purpose.
I am trying to configure network manager (sudo nm-connection-editor) to get connectivity but am unsure of some of the settings.
I have selected "manual" as the method and have input the static IP address I am leasing from Spark in the Address box but am unsure what my Netmask and Gateway settings should be.
So my question is is it possible for Linux Mint to connect to the internet this way, if so how?
Thank you for your help.
