I am trying to download a certificate from Entrust but I got this message:

An error has occurred:

Your browser does not support the high-strength encryption required by this Web site. Please upgrade your encryption level.

I tried with the latest Chrome, Firefox and Safari but still got the error message.

However, it's working fine if I use a Windows machine.

Any suggestions on how to upgrade the encryption on a Mac OS machone?

Cheers, W.

Install Windows?  Come on, you *knew* someone was going to say that! Smile

Most CAs actually do require Windows, so it wouldn't surprise me if that was the solution. They claim "IE or Mozilla" browsers, so I'd say they use the Windows cryptography functions to generate and send the certificate.
