Has anyone had any expereince with making a warranty claim with DSE since Kogan took over?

The reason I ask is that I've contacted them about a smart watch that's failed within the warranty period. It took them 3 or 4 days to acknowledge my intial contact which is fine, dumb time of year with Xmas etc. They requested some pictures of the watch, which I sent on same day no issues. It's now been over 2 weeks and no contact from them, I've emailed them weekly to request an update and nothing. Can I expect them to suddenly contact me? Or is there a way for me to go through a different channel to get things rolling?

I had a heated throw that faulted after 10 months replaced by them.

they just asked for a photo of the power cord cut off and posted another one

was an easy process

I bought a cheap as chainsaw off them After 9 months wouldn't start, started  a warranty claim. Like you it seem to take ages but eventually they organised for it to be collected and checked. A new replacement chainsaw was sent out promptly after it was decided it wasn't worth fixing. 6 months later a different fault occurred, and I was happy to pay for the replacement part and repair myself, but was told it was still under warranty so they  sent me a free replacement part. The second claim was sort and part received in less than 2 weeks.
