Hi there everyone. I am new here. I have a problem regarding my old sanyo 7400. I have read someone else on here has previously had the same problem but the post was from 2005. The short version is I have photos "saved to phone" and this model of course doesn't allow  photos to be moved back out of that folder into "saved to camera" folder.
Being that this is and old phone I realise this is going to be difficuilt but I am looking to try and get these photos off as some are irreplacable. Data cable maybe?? I'm not sure. Telecom has been very unhelpful with it. They just say that it cant be done, but there must be a way.
Can anyone help please???

USB Data cable and software called BITPIM will get the pictures off, well most of them anyway.

It might be a fiddle. Install bitpim, install drivers, plug phone in and allow drivers to install, start bitpim, manually select Sprint, Sanyo MM-7400 and the correct port (Sanyo USB Phone COMxx) and you shold be good to go, then get "camera" and your pics should load.

If you are not that good with computers, PM me and I'll help out for your cost of two courier bags.
