Personally, never used them, but a thread on PriceSpy has mixed thoughts...

Hi Thanks for the reply,
I am planning on buying a phone, but I am not sure if they are any good with after sales service.
Almost tempted to pay the extra and go with Parallel imported.

I picked up an HTC Wildfire off them as they were offering the best price and a free 8GB mini sd card at the time.

My personal experience was good, they delivered in said time and gave me a few updates along the way, and product was fine on arrival

Price spy had mixed reviews, mainly around after sales service so I guess you should read through them and also the reviews on eking and decide. I wasn't in a rush to get the phone and if there had been a delay (i read somewhere they only send out once they get in x amount of orders for that prooduct) I was happy to wait.

As I had a hassle free experience and got a good deal I would shop again with them

Hi,
thanks for the reply,  same as you I was pointed to ther site through pricespy. and obivously their price is good.
I guess, I will read their reviews and decide...

I heard that their aftersales service was a little unfriendly..
