Hi everyone,

Hopefully this is in the right place - feel free to move it elsewhere, or even delete it if need be :)

I'm hoping that some of you will be willing to complete a short survey for my Marketing class. It's not too long - it should only take about 10 minutes, maximum, and would be really appreciated by my whole team. It's about mobile providers, and how they can improve their services.

If you're a current Telecom mobile customer, please consider filling it out. We've only been able to find 5 people who are on Telecom out within our circles, so any additional responses you guys would be able to provide would be great!

Here's the survey link: www.tinyurl.com/301survey

Thank you so much! :)

PS: I'm so, so sorry that this is my first post D:
(I'm Sam, 21 from Auckland, and I'm somewhat of a fail-geek).

Good luck. I think this posting might skew your demographics...

A show of hands for a dumb cheap reliable pipe, where the carrier knows it's place?

Thanks for the luck!

No worries about the demographics - they're quite skewed already!

EDIT: I can't see a button to add this into the first post, but I realised that it sounded like I was only after responses from Telecom customers. Let me clarify - we're willing to accept any and all responses, but are particularly interested in Telecom customers :)

(Sorry for the double post - seems I can't edit my post twice.)

You guys are awesome. We now have double the amount of respondents we had yesterday, and data coming out our ears! I'm going to close off the survey in about an hour, we've got to get down to analysing all this!

Thanks so much for all your help, once again!
