Hi,

I'm looking for help in deciding which WISP I should go for in the Wellington region. This is for central Wellington. The only reason I'm going for WISP is because the hostel I'm staying at has limited bandwidth, and there isn't an option of getting my own ISP due to no direct phone line.

At the moment it seems like Whoosh! is my best bet, however I've heard a few negative things about their speeds.

Cheers.

I've seen the 3g plans, they're quite pricey. I don't mind a cut in speed, just enough to stream sports. And probably around 20GB a month.

Thanks. I had a quick look at their website while I was at work, but forgot the name of the business. I'll take another look now, cheers man.

NZWireless/GASP is ok. We used to have them. The main problem we had is when Terry Seripisos ripped their stuff off his building and we had no internet for 3 days.
