Hi everyone,

Two phones in the house (one is cordless in the main room) and sky connection.  In my office, broadband and office phone on one jack (with filter of course).  Anytime anyone picks up the phone (to answer or place a call) my broadband cuts out for about 1 min.  It does comes back, even if someone continues to use the phone.

I don't have filters on the phone in the main room or on the sky connection.  Could this be what is causing the dropouts?

I had a sparky install a new jackpoint a few months back but I don't this is related because I didn't notice the problem until weeks after it was installed.  It *could* be source of the problem, but wanted to see if anyone has had this problem.
