Hello, this is my first post and i will be needing some help. My family wants to change to TelNet from vodafone because they fel it suited their needs. I have never heard of this provider before and i want some headsup information to their service. If anyone can help me, it would be fantastic, thank you in advance.
I would steer well clear of unknown ISPs unless you want to be the guinea pig. Generally this is not the case for families though, they tend to want something thats easy and just works with a good support if anything goes wrong.
I looked on their site last week when someone else asked, and notice the pricing is confusing between ADSL, VDSL and UFB, it doesnt separate them out. Additionally i wouldn't want to lock myself into such a contract with an unknown company.
They have been around for a while, they are based in the Mt Albert shops if I recall. I belive they target the Asian market. No really had anything to do with them but they did ask me to provide them a load of cisco voip gear but we did not win that business. John
Thank You guys. My family just wants a large amount of internet as we will be sharing it between 2 families and a phone package. And since we are chinese, they also want to phone to china reglarly. Please give more advice if possible
There are about 4 isp's that specially cater to asian / korean / pacific islander markets - its good because the helpdesk speaks their languages so they can be beneficial.
