I am about to have UFB installed, and contemplating whether to go with the ISP router or a better aftermarket alternative.

I have seen some useful information here, including a Google Doc spreadsheet listing some options, but is there an easy source online for determining which routers are capable of vlan tagging as required?

In particular, I have seen some good reviews of the D-Link DIR-868L - but can find no indication if it is suitable for NZ fibre use.

i
ld pick from that, it does vlan tagging.. should be good.

havent heard much about the device myself though, so cant begin to consider how well it will actually preform.

Just an update on this, had confirmation from D-Link that both the DIR 868L and DIR 880L support tagging as required.
