You don't need a modem, you just need a router and wireless access point. If you look in this forum you've posted in, or this network forum, you'll find many recommendations.

There are numerous threads on here discussing the many options out there, this probably doesn't need to be yet another one.

What problems are you having? Last I knew Spark were supply the HG630b which is actually a pretty good device.

You'll find that virtually every vendor out there right now has problems with Apple products and WiFi - it's a complete nightmare right now with most new Apple products no longer being WiFi alliance certified.

Apple really want you to buy an Airport if you want reliable WiFI (and then you'll find all the other devices that won't work with an Airport)

NF8AC isn't bad, but I haven't tested the AC performance beyond 100Mbps.

Thanks, main problem was apple tv, would work then cutout shortly after starting streaming movie which means kids stop watching and come bother me. hah. no but i got a belkin 1450ac db that worked with my adsl perfect. apple tv loaded content faster without any issues or drops. but now i got fibre.
