Our VDSL was connected by a Chorus tech over a year ago, but unfortunately he didn't screw the box back to the wall securely and this morning my toddler has knocked it off the wall and managed to partially disconnect it. Our phone line still works but we no longer have an internet connection (argh - the other way would obviously be much more tolerable!).
The blue pair of cables is still connected - I assume these are for the phone. But the green pair, which I assume is the VDSL connection, is hanging loose. Is anyone able to tell me where they go (is it into the green colour-coded sockets, or one of the bits by the phone line), and how to fix them into the right spot?
It seems to me that calling Chorus won't be very useful as they'll probably tell me they'll send a tech out in a week's time, so I thought I'd try fixing it myself before calling my sparky.
