on tuesday my usenet & torrent download speed dropped to a constant 35kB/s. if i let them run unlimited ( which i rarely do because i'd exceed my data cap and have to keep buying top ups ) they'd often reach 200-400kB/s. calling woosh customer service they told me they had made a general network change limiting p2p and usenet made, affecting all customers, not just me can any other woosh customers confirm they are also affected by this or any download limit. i'm also interested to find out if there are customers out there with no download limit
