Just set up one of these with WPA2 and Key.  2 x Vista and 1 x XP laptop connect OK to it.  But employer-provided Dell with XP SP3 doesn't.  Set up all required fields, same settings as with previous Belkin router with same WPA2 config.  But it doesn't connect, times out with no error.  Only difference is that 'Available Networks' display shows '(WPA)' after 'Security Encrypted Network' for the Belkin device, but doesn't show it for DLink one, even though I would expect it to be there.
Have worked round by in the meantime by plugging Belkin into back of DLink - but it's a bit ugly.
Any ideas on this issue?

1st remove both wireless profiles from the laptop then try disabling security on both modems and then see if they connect ( wirelessly ) if all connects OK, delete wireless profile on the laptop of just one of the modems and on that modem put security back on, then setup the connection on the laptop with manual configuration that matches them modem, then test that connection. If that works do the same for the second modem. With the different security options you need to ensure that everything matches and is compatible
