I've been trolling around for a while with no luck at all. world exchange has stopped there torrent plans and worldNet has contracts.

I'm after a ISP (dont care for phone so naked would be better) that has high caps half decent speeds and a solid connection for as high as $130ish a month i use about 40GB for TV etc then games and browsing on top of that.

Anyone have any clear ideas on who to pick?

I have looked on the broadband plan search things and there either just crap or old and outdated.

Telecom doesnt throttle anything, also there are very few slow downs during peak time. If you're into gaming ask them to turn interleaving off.

also check http://www.telecomwholesale.co.nz/maps to see if you can get ADSL2+ service
