Hi

Does anyone know of a company that provides a USB disk drive duplication service?

We require 1.5-2TB of data duplicated onto 200 x 2TB USB 3 drives. We have done this in house before when the data volume and number of drives was smaller but we really don't have the resources to do this anymore.

Also if the company could take orders, receive payments and ship the drives internationally, that would be great but not essential as we can handle that if required.

Wouldn't have thought anyone would do this but I could be wrong.

With that much data spread across so many USB sticks how would you know where to look for a specific file?

sounds like its the same file set copied to each drive

edit: Not this one, only does FAT 32 file system.

It's a usb drive duplication job not a usb memory key. The largest usb memory I can find is 1TB and costs over $1500 vs $120 for a 2TB USB3 HDD.

Cloning and testing 200 drives would take a decent amount of time even at SATAIII speeds.

Who is providing the drives and USB3.0 cases, the business doing the duplicating?
It also seems strange that you want to off load the business. Getting a 3rd party to take orders, duplicate the drives and manage shipping. How do you get your cut as it look like you could be cut out of the loop.

Did you try google before you posted? I couldn't find any in NZ, but you never specified that as a requirement.

I couldn't find any in NZ, but you could ask this firm if they'd consider it. If you promised a contract that was significant or multiple events/years they may just buy the equipment and offer the service.
