Hi All,

I need a PSU for a HPrp5700 desktop. I know this is quite old but is there anywhere in NZ that may still stock this?

The part number PSU is 445102-001

Cheers

Steve

This looks like a fairly standard ATX PSU to me. I might have one that should work.

Hi Steve

Are there any more part numbers on the PSU in a similar format?  Googling I'm seeing this item which has a bit of a lead time...  http://store.emprgroup.co.nz/ProductSearch.aspx?searchterm=578189-001

It looks to me to be the same as the PSU in the HP "dx7400" or "6000 Pro" SFF series machines, but it would be nice to be 100% sure before committing to a purchase (which you could likely find on TradeMe).  It looks like you are in the lower NI so you can;t drop in to us to do a comparison.  If there is a decent sized computer recycler near you that would put up with you comparing with the PSU with one in one of the aforementioned PC series you might be in luck.

Cheers

It's not.

Also for OP, used one on Ebay for ~NZD84 shipped or new on Amazon for ~NZD$130 + Youshop shipping costs (Amazon will ship to NZ but only for $100)
