Again Openhost/eNom Global Domain Issue?

Back in June I posted a thread on domain issues between OpenHost and eNom in the US: Openhost/eNom Global Domain Issue
I haven't bothered switching hosting provider. But this morning trying to logon to our eCommerce website zozoliving.com I got redirected again to a different site: adventure tours books broadband business at zozoliving.com

I do remember last time's workaround, but could please someone confirm we're having the same issues again?

Your domain registration expired this morning so if you or OpenHost didn't pay to renew it before then you've probably lost it.

Shambles. What a Third World company this is? Really unheard of. Ever heard of a telephone company disconnecting your service on the day you should have paid the bill? Ever heard of an electricity company doing that? I do have an order for renewal of the domain, but it has a valid till date of 13 December. You wouldn't expect your domain name being suspended on the day of expiry. I maintain an other website hosted in Europe. Never had a problem with domain names, expiries, outages, high level of maintenance activities. I reckon it is about time to find another hosting provider. Suggestions?

Even if your domain name has expired, you still have a period of time to get it back. Contact openhost and ask them to renew asap.

I'd also recommend you check the email address for the owner of your .com, as it may be wrong, and that's why you never received an email warning you of your domain name expiring.

did openhost charge you for say 24 months and then say only register it for 12 months and then in 12 months they would pay for the other 12 months?
