After using my computer as normal, i shut it off the other night, tho in the morning i went to turied  it off and it wont get passed the bios, it either just repeats the "f9: enter setup f10:xpress recovery..." down the screen or shows nothing at all, oh and it wont let me enter the CMOS setup or anything either... Ive tried unplugging everything, clearing the CMOS, rebooting a few billion times etc but i dont realy have much to work with...

anyone know wat could be the problem, I'm thinking either bios problem or (hopefully not) motherboard problem. I'll post my specs soon

Please help

Have you checked the motherboard manual to see if there's anyway to reset the BIOS on your motherboard? Either by removing the battery, or changing a switch?

Also, I have remove the bad words from your post.

I had something similar happen to me a few months back on my desktop. The tech told me "the bios was locked up" and just needed to flash the bios. Fixed in no time when the source of the problem was identified.
