Had an issue with YouTube for the past 3 days or so. Have attached a screenshot, rather than try and explain it! https://cdn.geekzone.co.nz/imagessubs/blog7bd2d0c46c9523f59fde611371a7d49a.jpg

It is the same either on Firefox or IE8.

Have ensured JavaScrpt is on, and reinstalled Flash.

All other websites are working perfectly.

As far as I know nothing has changed on my pc.
Any ideas?

Try clearing your temp files on your computer and browsers.

Thanks heavenly_wild , yes I have done that too. Seems bizarre that both FF and IE8 have the same issue, so not necessarily a browser issue. Indicating a system problem, yet localised to one website? I have also restarted my router. I just don't get it. Other sites are fine, and play flash files perfectly. I am on Xtra broadband.
If all else fails I will reinstall windows XP, yet drastic for one website, but one I enjoy!

It looks like a xtra broadband issue - we are having the same problem at work - my home internet is fine. Don't reinstall Windows!!!!!!!!

We logged a fault with xtra this morning - thr response was 'no one else seems has raised the issue so must be on your end' - I guess not.
