ive got a virus, ive ran 3 scans with different antiviruses,(Nortons antivirus, Anti Malware(free), and Spyhunter 4 Registered)

in every scan the same thing comes up, but it never gets removed

heres a screenshot i took when running Spyhunter 4

Jss.exe virus

anyone know how to get rid of this?

when i try to go to the folder, it was in it crashes windows explorer, the folder it was in was also hidden, along with everything in it, i unhid it, but when i try to delete it, it says "Access denied" 
 

please help

Try downloading and running ComboFix and then MalwareBytes. Those are my two staple programs nowadays.

haha what a joke, this virus, has been the problem with almost all the issues ive had(except the Japanese characters on google chrome thats still a problem)

i ran all 3 of my antiviruses, 2 more times each to try and get rid of it, spyhunter ended up disabling it, and i went to were it was and deleted it :D
