Hello and Help!

I've tried to follow some directions I found online to sync my h5455 to my pc through Bluetooth. When that failed I tried it a second time. After that failed I asked a friend to try it with his 5455 and his pc...he failed too. Is there anyone who can help? I'd love to be able to sync my ppc to my pc through Bluetooth and not need to use my cradle. Is it truly possible?!
