couple of problems i could use some help with.

firstly, i'musing a 2210

i've somehow configured the hardware buttons to enable me to manipulate the media player controls, which is great till i put the pda in my pocket and it switches off as i move, but annoyingly after closing media player or opening another program i cant use them to select their normal functions, or select suggested words when writing, until i've perrformed a soft reset. really irritating as i like to listen to tunes while working in excel.

any hints as to how to stop this?

also, i have previously been able to access the net via my pda and bluetooth phone, but now i'm trying to setup inbox to retrieve pop3 mail and i keep getting a message about work modems not being plugged in. i dial up via o2's wap/gsm or gprs as their in my phone contract.

whats going wrong?
