You can use Google Maps Mobile on any Windows Mobile device. If you visit this page from your Pocket PC you will be able to download it directly to your device.

Hi Karly,

Welcome to Geekzone!

Google Earth isn't available on the Windows Mobile Platform however Google Maps is.  Be aware that it requires the data connection to be active in order to download the required maps.

Google Maps: http://www.google.com/mobile/gmm/index.html
