I've been trying to put text adventures on my phone for about 6 hours. . .

Has anyone else ever had this idea? I think it's a pretty simple idea, but I can't find anything about it on the web. . .

The most I've found is PocketHugo. . . I can't figure out how to install it. . .

Could someone provide hints, links, instructions, or any help?

Oh. . . by the way, I have a Blackjack and I think it runs Windows Mobile 5.0 . . ?

Where did you download this game from? Is it for Windows Mobile Smartphone or Windows Mobile Standard?

Well. . . I really don't know what it is. . . Just Windows Mobile 5.0 on my Samsung Blackjack. Smartphone rings a bell though.

I've been trying to place text adventures on it, but these things I'm downloading that say they are compatible with WM5.0 aren't working. I'm following all instructions that I can find. . . I'm thinking I'm missing something in the setup.

This is where you select your OS and it shows compatible games:

Here's something else I found.

I've never managed to get any games to work on my Blackjack. . . not even Kevtris. . .
I know interactive fiction would be great on a phone though.

Ok, here is the main problem: you have a device running Windows Mobile Smartphone OS, while the first link leads to a game interpreter for Windows Mobile Pocket PC, and the second link goes to more games - for Pocket PC.

Windows Mobile Pocket PC have touch screen while Windows Mobile Smartphone does not have it. This is the main difference but there are others. You should be looking at these games and applications for Samsung Blackjack.
