okay, i got a practically brand new verizon xv6700 from my dad the other day (he switched services, couldnt use the phone) and it was in brand new condition. ive used it for a couple of days with absolutely no problems. tried out a fre programs SPB shell, Point UI, S2u2 ect. ect. and still was very happy with the phone. but when i realized i was accidently calling people from inside my pocket i was a bit confused... it turns out that whenever the phone is bumped, or set down, or even just moved the wrong way it presses the "ok" button. after being in my pocket and just taking a few steps or being in a bumpy car ride it will keep pressing "ok" and engaging whatever is highlighted.. does anyone have any ideas on how to go about diagnosing the problem or fixing it? after searching all day on forums and google i could find a similar problem :( any help would be GREATLY appreciated.. i love the phone, but ill have to go back to my old EnV if this keeps up :(
