You should visit the i-mate website and follow the support links to download any updated ROM for your device.

I used to spend quite a bit of time at www.xda-developers.com with my I-mate K-JAM. After spending hours flashing ROM's and mucking around I went back to the ROM that the K-JAM shipped with. Most of the newer ROM's were unstable and involved lots of reboots. Lots of fun (kind of!) but be prepared to accept some device instability. The Jasjar may be better than the k-jam was at ROM upgrades.

EDIT: The ROM's at XDA above may also be illegal as they may contain OS's that did not ship with your device.

Cheers,

Matt.

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

They have instructions on their site, but it's simple: start the program and follow the on-screen instructions AT EVERY STEP.

This is the WIKI for your device. Do plenty of reading otherwise you will brick your device.
